We currently provide regular AAV packaging services of serotype AAV1, AAV2, AAV3, AAV4, AAV5, AAV6, AAV7, AAV8, AAV9, AAVrh10, AAVPHP.eB and AAVretro (retrograde) . The titer is between 10^12 vg/ml - 10^14vg/ml, the volume is between 250 µl - 500 µl.
Please send us 150 µg pAAV plasmids, or order plasmids prep on our website for high copy plasmids. Before sending us plasmids, please make sure your pAAV plasmids are not recombined or shortened during storage or amplification by conducting Not I restriction endonuclease digestion. The pAAV plasmids are better to be hosted and propagated in Invitrogen Stbl 3 or NEB Stable E. Coli for sequence integrity. We will provide pAAV-RC and pHelper for virus packaging.
The normal turnaround time is 12 business days starts from the day we receive your plasmids. For a shorter turnaround time request, please contact us for a quote. Viruses will be delivered to customers on dry ice by overnight shipping.

Lentivirus packaging service, 0.5 ml, 10^9 TU/ml, $1099
We provide third-generation lentivirus packaging by co-transferring 4 plasmids including the transfer plasmids of the gene of interest (GOI), envelope plasmid encoding VSV-G, and packaging plasmids encoding Gag/Pol and Rev into HEK293T packaging cells. After 48 hours of incubation, the supernatant is collected and centrifuged to remove cell debris and then filtered. Lentiviral particles are subsequently concentrated with ultracentrifuge. For ultra-purified lentivirus (in vivo grade), viral particles are further purified by sucrose cushion ultracentrifugation and concentrated. We use the real-time PCR method to measure lentivirus titer. Please send us 100 μg of the plasmids of the gene of interest for regular size packaging. We do quality control includes titer measurement, sterility testing for bacteria and fungi, and mycoplasma detection.
Plasmids Preparation
We provide midi, maxi and mega scale plasmids prep by using high quality anion-exchange–based rasin purification kit and produce high purity and low endotoxin plasimids. Just send us your plasmids on filter paper and we will make it for you. The price and turnaround time list below is for high copy plasmids. Please contact us for low copy plasmids prep quotation.
